So new followers:

Hey! ^_^

Update on life? Um, the semester is done next week, the end is in sight… yes I have summer classes… but I will take whatever fleeting break I can get.

And…. I get to go to the beach with my family during break.

And… Wicked was fun, it was well done… but, it didn’t quite live up to the hype for me. I liked Mary Poppins better, and Les Mis (but that one’s probably a given).

Hope you guys are doing ok.

Oh yes.

Someone gave me two tickets to see Wicked!

I guess I have plans today! ^_^ Such happy.

"There is something in us, as storytellers and as listeners to stories, that demands the redemptive act, that demands that what falls at least be offered the chance to be restored."

Flannery O’Connor, born on this day in 1925, on storytelling and why the grotesque appeals to us.

Pair with Neil Gaiman on why scary stories mesmerize us so.
